Terms of Use

These terms are between you and RELOAD TECHNOLOGIES - FZCO, the operator of NameTrail.

NameTrail is built for responsible, lawful use. You agree not to use it to harass, stalk, defraud, discriminate against, or otherwise harm anyone. You will not use results for employment, credit, tenancy, or any decision governed by the FCRA or similar laws - NameTrail is not a consumer reporting agency.

Results are aggregated from publicly available sources and provided as-is. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any result, and a match score is an estimate, not a certainty. Always verify before acting on information.

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Subscriptions and coins are governed by our Refund Policy.

Data Cleanup is a one-time, 90-day service for the account holder. You authorize us and our contracted removal provider to search participating public data-broker sources and submit opt-out or deletion requests using the information you provide. Removal is not guaranteed: brokers may reject requests, require your action, retain information where legally permitted, or republish information from public sources.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.
