Public information only
NameTrail uses public web sources, licensed telecom carrier and numbering data, and public breach-notification indexes that name incidents without exposing passwords, hashes, or breached-record contents. We never access private accounts or private carrier subscriber records.

NameTrail is operated by HONG KONG INSTANT VISION TECHNOLOGY CO.,LIMITED, which is the controller for account, usage, billing and support data processed through the service. You can contact us at support@NameTrail.net.
Information we collect
To run the service we collect:
● Account data - your email and authentication details.
● Usage data - searches you run and profiles you view, so we can show your history. In Incognito mode, this activity is kept in a separate session and only visible while Incognito is on.
● Billing data - handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
Data Cleanup information
If you buy Data Cleanup, we collect the names, email addresses, phone numbers, address details, and birth year you choose to provide. We encrypt this removal profile and use it only to locate matching data-broker records, submit and track opt-out or deletion requests, prevent mismatches, and support the 90-day campaign. We share the minimum necessary details with our contracted removal provider and the data brokers receiving your authorized requests.
How we use it
We use your data to operate and improve the service, secure your account, process payments, and provide support. We do not sell your personal data.

If you appear in results and want a profile removed, contact us with the details and we will handle it promptly.
